At this time, I am able to take new clients who are struggling with managing the impacts and fears around the the global Coronavirus pandemic. I am offering short-term (or longer) Teletherapy utilizing mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help manage day-to-day stress and cope with new challenges.
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health counseling. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, and couples.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
